What you will do
As a Programme Manager you will lead one of the main development streams of the Digital Solutions Development Programme, ensuring a high efficiency in delivering the solutions in scope of the program assigned to you. You will lead a team of Senior Project Managers and you are overall responsible for the success of the program. In this role, you will report to the Director Digital Solutions Development Programme and be part of programme management extended team. Key stakeholders for this role are Development & Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Packaging Solutions Commercial Operations, Global Information Management, Services and functional teams. Moreover, customers and Clusters operational and commercial teams will also be a part of your network. 
You will focus on
Lead a cross functional team with the main responsibility of developing printing and marking technologies to enable unique codes on each package as basic enabler for all digital solutions 
Particularly you will be responsible to deliver products and solutions within the program, including: Technical studies, technology and product development after launch, securing the values realization among the value chain​
Drive continuous improvement of program management capabilities, development execution within and agile framework of your team​ 
You are accountable for quality, cost, time to market of developed solutions as well as management of full product life-cycle​. 

You will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. 
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity & continuous change.
You have a M.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in Automation/Digitalisation, PMI certification is considered a merit. You have a solid project management experience (at least 7 years), preferable from the Food Industry, while experience with Agile methodologies is a merit. You also have experience in driving change initiatives. Managerial experience is seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
