Development & Engineering (D&E) develops know-how, products, technologies, and solutions to sustainably fuel our company's growth. Within D&E organisation, Programme Management drives the D&E portfolio of activities translating innovation strategy into programme plans and deliverables through projects.
We are now looking for a Programme Manager who will be responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of projects directed toward Additional Materials.
The position is permanent, based in Lund (Sweden) and will report to the Director Additional Material Programme.

What you will do
You will lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver technologies and products with maximized value, within the Programme scope. You will have budget responsibility, will manage financial risk and impact/complexity with global change implications and several organisations involved. As a Programme Manager, you are accountable for delivering cost, time and quality programme objectives versus a governance of level L1 or L2.
You will lead a programme within Additional Material Programme developing alternatives to plastic straws and new applied materials. Most activities you will lead are under the wings of Tetra Pak’s sustainability strategy and your contribution will directly impact customers and consumers globally.
You will work both with early innovation, Technical Development, Product Development and Product Life Cycle Management and will be tightly cooperating with colleagues in D&E, but also SCO AM and BM, PSCO and Supplier Management.
Main responsibilities:
· People management (competence development, salary review, performance management) of a team of Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
· Lead a cross functional program team to integrate the multiple related activities to deliver the overall program scope and objectives.
· Responsible for the products to be developed and released products, from quality, cost and time to market perspective.
· Lead the execution of the programme backlog, project definition and sequencing, including identifying and driving pre-studies within the programme scope.
· Lead scrum team definition and coordination in relation to program back log needs.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of project management capabilities, project/activities execution and agile implementation.
Who you are
You have 5-10 years of experience as Project or Programme Manager, addressing global markets needs or in international and complex organizational environment.
You have 3-5 years of experience in Tetra Pak, with successful experience in projects or programmes with significant business implication in different business units, in the area of innovation, product development and industrialization process. You can easily navigate in in Tetra Pak’s product creation process environment and you are an expert in project management competences according to PMI standards, preferably also within agile methodologies.
As a person you are a self-motivated team player who facilitates collaboration across competences, nationalities and organisations.
You are able to see the big picture and can prioritise accordingly.
You communicate easily with people at all levels both internally, and with external customers and suppliers. Your natural drive and dynamic orientation in combination with a desire to be productive and to create results will be very useful in this position. You have a structured approach which allows you to cope with changes and to set priorities properly so you can take fast decisions.
An university degree within Engineering and a very good command of English, both verbal and written is required.
