Project Accountant

Join us in shaping the future! G+D Mobile Security is looking for a Project Accountant in permanent employment, based in Stockholm or Munich.
In your role at G+D you will be a team member within the Global Shared Services Center for Solutions & Services business. In this position you are working to make sure the global processes are followed and the business transactions are being reflected in the financial books of all served legal entities.
Responsibilities
In this role you will work primarily with Order Intake Management and Project Accounting. This responsibilities means but are not limited to:
Order Intake Management:
Main contact for Sales community in all questions regarding the Global Order Intake Registration Process
In charge of receiving, checking and booking customer orders
Among the checks verification of all provided documentation, including legal contracts, in regards to their completeness and validity for order intake registration
Monthly alignment with the local teams on the order intake and follow up on not registered orders


Project Accounting:
Configuration of customer projects and CRM Contracts in SAP as well as follow up on correctness of data entries
Follow up with the Project Managers on Final Acceptance confirmation and final closure of the projects in SAP
Trigger revenue and cost recognition for customer projects at Final Acceptance confirmation
Coordinate and monitor the resource related billing done by the local teams
Help and advice local teams on global processes, tools and month end closing activities
Deep involvement in any migration activities in the systems, new processes and tools to be implemented


Requirements
University studies in business administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of professional finance experience in a multinational company, in accounting, controlling or customer services
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent MS Office (in particular Excel) is a must
Knowledge on SAP (FI/ CO, PS)
