Project administrator at Kockums

Saab Kockums is looking for Project Administrators to be a part of the important job of supporting the development of our first class submarines and surface ships!



Your role

As a Project Administrator, you will support various projects, in all developing phases, with the important task of keeping order in the project and product information.

In this role, you will be the expert in a number of information management systems, such as PTC Windchill, Aveva and a number of internally developed PDM/PLM applications.

The main Project Administrative tasks include:


* Enter documents from customers, suppliers and from within the organization, into the information management systems
*

Export documents from the systems
*

Pack and deliver documents to customers and suppliers
*

Guide and support project members in the information management systems

Your profile

We are looking for service minded and driven persons willing to operate in a multitude of different PDM/PLM applications and with a number of different simultaneous projects.

You are interested in making things efficient and contribute to a continuous development of our processes and methods.



Required skills:

Having a mind for structure and order

Technical skills to some degree
*

Experience of working with PDM/PLM systems

Experience in working in a project environment

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
*

Social skills to easily cooperate with colleagues within the company and the customer



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.



What you will be a part of

You will be a part the Configuration Management section, which is a part of the area Project Management and Planning within the broader Engineering department. The Configuration Management section is represented in the two sites Malmö and Karlskrona with a total of eight Configuration Managers and two Project Administrators working with submarines and surface vessels. This position is located in Malmö or Karlskona.
