EQT’s Client Relations and Capital Raising (“CR”) team is now searching for a new team member in the role as Project Administrator! The overarching goal for the CR team is to raise capital from and serve a globally diversified set of investors for each of EQT’s business lines and funds. The CR team has a broad understanding of the private equity industry, the firm´s investments and how the brand is positioned globally and follows the entire investment life cycle, including fundraising, acquisitions, value creation and exit.
Your role as Project Administrator
In the role as Project Administrator, you will be involved in various types of project and workflows within the Client Relations and Capital Raising team (“CR”). Your daily work includes coordinating various workflows with multiple stakeholders involved. You will for example maintain up to date registers and log various investor preferences and intel in EQT’s CRM system, Salesforce. Further, you will assist in creating agendas and meeting materials for both internal and external meetings. In addition, an important task will be to grant and handle certain access and information rights for EQT’s investors. Last but not least, you will coordinate meetings with different stakeholders across various times zones including (but not limited to) co-investment Deal Team calls. The role includes:

Your qualifications
Relevant job experience as an assistant or administrator from the financial services industry, in a consultancy, law firm or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Salesforce is a merit
Relevant education is a merit
English fluency
To succeed in the role, you are passionate about creating structure in fast moving environments. Further, you have a great eye for detail which leads you to naturally be proactive and resourceful and you are organized and quick to adapt to ever changing situations. You have an analytical personality with an interest in numbers and transactions. Last but not least, you are a team player by heart, driven by and thrives in all types of social constellations.
