About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido are looking for a Project Administrator. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and together with partners and customers they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. You will be a part of the Bus & Coach Sales Team. The service is located at our customer's large head office in Södertälje.
Your daily tasks
To support the Sales Team called Buses and Coaches Europe, your daily tasks will consist of:
Develop the sales process, update templates, and maintain price lists with the target to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our daily operations.
Issue invoice instructions, credit notes, fleet support documents based on input and approval of Area Manager.
Pricing Support: cost calculation structure (chassis, body, change request, PRS).
Back up Area Managers on meetings regarding Offers and Orders when Area Managers are not available. Take decision notes on offer review meetings and share with participants.
Ad hoc support to the Area Managers.
Coordinate and host visits to Scania from e.g., customers and business units.

University degree (business or technical)
Technical understanding

Contract type and hours
Full time consulting assignment until 2023-01-15. Start 2022-10-01.
