Job description

We are looking for a Project Administrator to a global company operating mainly in robotics, power, heavy electrical equipment, and automation technology areas.

Tasks will include:

Reporting packs

o sending out templates to team members requesting input for the upcoming reporting packs,

o gathering of all input from team members

o basic review of input (sanity checks)

o fetching of data from Sharepoint where required ie OIL list

o creation of the reporting packs with the input received from team members and data available on Sharepoint

o distribution of reporting packs to relevant parties

o ensuring that SharePoint is updated with the final version of all reporting packs

General Assistance

o Assist the Project Controls / Project Management team when required ie MoMs, Action Lists, etc

Support the project with Order registration, order confirmation and invoicing. Will work 50/50 for the Warranty and the Finance team.

Good understanding of SAP order to cash process is needed. Experienced in order registration and invoicing in SAP project module. Good knowledge in English is required. Experience in working in Excel and in O365 is an advantage. Furthermore good communication skills.
