We are looking for a Project and Opex Lead at HR Operational Services in Västerås, Sweden.
In this role you will manage GBS HR Operations within an assigned team. You will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets.
Project and Opex Lead ensures a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.
This position reports to Front Office Manager.
Your responsibilities
Driving the end-to-end HR Operations and supervising the team
Delivering services according to signed-off processes, KPI and quality targets in a timely and accurate manner
Driving the enhancement of the Customer Experience Journey by analyzing received customer feedback and taking according actions
Supporting cross collaboration within GBS HR Operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promoting synergies
Setting targets and managing performance for direct reports
Leading the team by example and the required cultural sensitivity
Continuously analyzing and optimizing operational performance across the team, addressing issues and implementing a culture of continuous improvements

Your background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience from a leading position
Experience from adminstrative work in the Human Resources area
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and excellent communication skills
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
