Project and Planning Manager, Surface

We are looking for a Project and Planning Manager, who will be part of our organizational unit, Project and Planning Office. You will be in charge of project and material planning related issues for Production Gothenburg with focus on Surface products, reporting to Project and Planning Office Manager.



Your role

You will be leading leaders (Subproject Managers) and Planners and the focus is to plan our projects to ensure we are able to deliver products to our customers on time with quality and the right cost for your area. Together with the Project and Planning Management team, you will be responsible for balancing the workload through production and clearly communicate the status of assigned projects. Develop our way of working in planning and project management to secure our customer deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relations with PU Surface. The group consists of 15 members including consultants.



Your responsibilities will be:

* Secure product deliverables on time with quality and right cost
* Develop an efficient way of working within your area, both methods and tools
* Drive continuous improvements
* Lead by example
* Actively participate in the Management Team of Sourcing & Production.
* Maintain and develop the relations to all stakeholders
* Grow your staff to take on more complex and demanding tasks

Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
