Project Architect with experience in concrete engineering

At Katarina ZM Service HB, you will work with project teams to design and prepare plans and specifications for construction and/or alteration of buildings. We have an ongoing project with a Client in Finland, close to the Russian border and are seeking an Architect with experience in concrete engineering to join our team.

This position can be determined at the intersection of science and industry, combining their knowledge of math, science and construction technology to create safe and functional structures. It may include integrated design, fluid mechanics, construction materials and computer-aided design. Some civil engineering programs also offer concentrations that focus on subjects like structural, environmental or construction engineering.
Concrete engineers play an important role in every aspect of the building process, from design conception to inspection of the completed structure. The position will include overseeing the execution of projects, which involves constant interaction with construction workers, clients and other building professionals. You will also be concerned with the safety of structures and must make informed decisions regarding the reliability and risks of certain types of concrete. The position includs responsibilities for determining a project's budget.
One of the strongest requirements is language skills. Since the Project is being implemented for both Russian and Finish clients, it´s required for the position to be fluent in Russian, English and Swedish in order to be able to achieve perfect communication within the team. Katarina ZM Service HB is seeking a Architect with at least 8 years of experience.
