At the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering our students are studying to be for example innovators, entrepreneurs, illustrators, communications officers, network technicians and engineers. Here we have the research specialisations of Embedded Systems, and Innovation and Product Realisation. Our work takes place in cooperation with and in strategic agreements with companies, organisations and public authorities in the region.

Position description
[We are looking for you who are interested in research.
You will work in a big European research projects AIDOaRt, a collaborative project between researchers and industry representatives from many countries. MDH coordinates the projects and you will be a part of the coordinating team.
The role includes supporting the project management for AIDOaRt https://www.aidoart.eu/. You will work operationally in project management and communication, and the working language is English.
You work operationally with collecting and compiling data for the web-pages, news letters and social media, reports for the EU portal. You will maintain the e-mail lists and lists for access to joint platforms (security); create the list of social media accounts of stakeholders; maintain the mail list of the consortium (WP of dissemination and communication); create and maintain/supervise the mail list of the consortium for legal management; create and maintain the mail list of the target audience according to the need for dissemination and communication work; upload documents in the portal; chase missing information in the dissemination tool and assure the correctness; chase missing administrative information in the consortium agreement if changes are made. The role also includes other supporting work for meeting and event organizations, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, tickets, hotels, organizing participation by partners etc.; chasing partners by telephone – to deliver, to respond etc.; reviewing and helping to supervise the writing of the PCA´s if any modification is needed.
The work presupposes that you are interested in research in the field of technology. You will spend a large part of your working day together with researchers and other participants in the projects.
You are supposed to work independently and take own responsibility. You are good in coordinating and leading own tasks as well as prioritizing among assignments and devireing within the required deadlines. You will work within IDT, Networked and Embedded Systems division
Qualification requirements
You are expected to have
• university training
• good writing skills
• experience in administration
• very good language skills in English and Swedish, both in speaking and writing
• reliability, good ability to cooperate, structure, ability to communicate
