What will you do?
Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.
Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
Analyses and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.
Supports bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.
Initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.
Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
Experience, Education and other Required:
Min 1+yrs of experience
Team player with good organization skills and ability to multitask.
Quick learner who is comfortable and enjoy managing several projects and stakeholders in parallel.
Networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
Bachelors degree or a University level education, an academic background related to supply chain is a plus.
Professional experience in a supply chain function with background to procurement and sourcing
Experience in EPC business is preferred.
To be able to independently handle technical platforms and being well versed in MS tools – Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Oracle EBS, SAP Ariba etc is necessary
To be successful in this position, it is required, you are fluent in both speech and writing in English and Swedish
