Project Buyer - Solar Parks

The Utility team at Svea Solar is responsible for utility scale (i.e. very large!) projects and is currently on a strong growth path both in Sweden and across Europe. The recent announcement (https://sveasolar.com/pers/Svea%20Solar%20raises%20a%20further%20%E2%82%AC100%20million/) of an investment from CarVal of 100 MEUR to deploy in solar parks across Europe doesn't slow things down. The role
As a Project Buyer our Utility Department you’ll be part of a diversified team of leading professionals within the solar industry. The scope will be to drive our sourcing efforts from end to end to deliver the best-in-class CAPEX agreement. You’ll also be responsible for the procurement of our modules, inverters, mounting systems and transformers for our large scale solar farms. In detail it's about:

- Commercial project management of the end-to-end sourcing process by coordinating with a multidisciplinary project team.
- Leading intensive commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve the best business results
- Acting as a liaison between our company and suppliers with aligned communication strategies and manage stakeholders to ensure aligned agenda and decision-making
- Explore new technologies and solutions in order to continuously improve the solar offering
- Collaborate with group procurement within Svea Solar to leverage from processes, scale and scope

- Are a skilled negotiator with experience in identifying value drivers and securing the best business results in an adverse market environment.

- Experience within construction, electrical systems and/or the energy sector
