Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Project Contract & Controls Manager to join our bold and passionate Recycling team based in Stockholm and Skellefteå.
In joining us you will from the very start play an important role in the building of the first large scale battery Recycling factory and be part of Northvolt’s mission to build the world’s greenest battery. Recovery and effective recycling of end-of-life batteries is key to closing the loop on batteries and to achieve a minimal carbon footprint.
The Project Contracts and Controls manager will oversee the contracts after PO and handle all change management for our recycling factory project. You will manage Change control and negotiate change orders along with project management throughout the project execution lifecycle.
You will be an integrated part of the Recycling Project Execution Team and work intimately with the Procurement team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage Change control and negotiate change orders along with project management throughout the execution and lifecycle of the project.
Contract administration and validation of contractor invoices and claims in relation to the contracts Terms & Conditions
Monitor schedule progress (actual vs forecast) along with project planners.
Utilise information from ERP software, provide estimates and cost planning, and participate in project cost follow-up activities
Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.
Manage Cost impact / contingency management and commitment tracking logs.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have
BSC/MSc and work experience from Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
Solid technical experience in all cost management areas, planning, estimating, pre-contract, post contract and final account.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Analytical skills
Proficient in MS suit
Passion and enthusiasm for project execution, construction, and numbers
