Project Controller

Valmet is now looking for a Project Controller to our Stockholm (Liljeholmen) office.
Job description
In this position you will be a business partner to the Head of Project Management and Project Managers in Stockholm.
You will be responsible for reporting our projects into our ERP and surrounding system in line with Project Managers’ estimates and Valmet policies.
Your main tasks will be to:
Control and sanity check in project opening
Support Project Managers in the project execution from financial aspects point of view
Accurate and timely project preparation for monthly reporting
Secure sufficient project portfolio follow-up and tools are in place in business

Requirements
To be successful in this position you have a university degree in economics/administration (preferably in accounting and controlling). Furthermore, you need a minimum of 3 years’ experience within accounting and/or controlling, and 1-3 years of experience in working in larger ERP system.
As a person you can communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, customers and teams. You are service minded and have an end-to-end thinking.
Furthermore, you can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in variating workload. Advanced Swedish and English skills, written and oral, is needed in this role.
