Project Controller, Business Area Living room & Workspaces

Business Area Living room & Workspaces is a big part of IKEAs product range, and we constantly challenge ourselves to develop our ways of working in order to meet the needs of the many people. The Business Area runs many product development projects and is now looking to find a Project Controller with great ability to secure project?s time and budget according to IKEAs ways of working!

As Project Controller you will be responsible for setting up project plans within the product development team at Business Area Living room & Workspaces. You will proactively steer the projects in accordance to agreed processes, budgets and time plans. You will be responsible for project management tools, for the administration and execution of the range in our internal project management system and for planning and controlling the range change process in the team. In the Product development team you are responsible for creating awareness of the range management year cycle, business rules and working methods within the team.

Is this the right challenge for you?

You have a university degree in, for example, business administration and some years of work experience in the related field, preferably in project management. You have the capability to lead and drive through others and you have the ability to analyze, draw conclusions and to understand how decisions and process impact the totality. You take initiative and you have the courage to question and challenge. You have good communication skills and are capable of facilitating meetings and come to decisions. You are motivated by establishing and maintaining good relations and excellent collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
