Project Controller - Ingka Centres Services AB

WHO YOU ARE 
We are looking for you who loves to dig into numbers! You are driven, structured and have the ability to prioritize and multitask when needed. You´re curios and you have the ability to question and challenge ways of working, always with cost efficiency in mind. You bring experience from working with cost follow up and reporting, preferably within a project. From an educational point of view you have Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Also, it is of advantage to have worked in the system Unifier.


 A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US  
 As Project Controller you play an important role in supporting our highly exciting development projects in Älmhult. Your main focus is to monitor and also to help catch possible errors or deviations from the budget before it happens. You will follow the investments using Unifier within each project and thereby contribute to the management of the total investments in the projects. 
 
Moreover, you will:   
conduct monthly reporting
monitor budgets
manage invoices
collaborate with our accountants
support an efficient and effective cost recharging process  



You will be based in Älmhult, Sweden and report to the Project Development Manager. This role is a temporary position with a contract on three years.

As a Finance Controller at Ingka Centres you will be a part of the Expansion & Development Domain. The Expansion & Development Domains’ mission is to generate revenue and growth of new and current Meeting Places while also collaborating with IKEA Retail, the INGKA Group and external stakeholders with the goal of delivering the needs of customers and local communities within the locations they operate.


Together with four dedicated and enthusiastic co-workers, you will help build and strengthen the marketplace in Älmhult. A lot will happen in Älmhult in the near future. You will be a part of the team transforming Älmhult and into a town where people from all over the world wants to and can gather, socialise, shop, experience and create new things together!
