We are now looking for a Project Controller.

As Project Controller within R&P Innovation you support several teams. You work closely with Innovation Deployment with the purpose of fast lane test of new innovations directly with customers/relevant partners, e.g. by launching small scale productions into selected markets for complete verification and validation, where you lead project planning, tracking and follow‐up, start new article numbers and secure that the team delivers to project ambition.

You support Innovation Development with administration of new projects, agreements and assignment orders. Finally, you support the PMO for the Range Innovation Council portfolio with different topics connected to projects and portfolio management.

In the role you will be reporting to Innovation Support Manager.

Your main responsibilities as Project Controller in Range & Product Innovation are:
•    Responsible for project management including project planning, tracking and follow up, according to project goal, time plan and KPI’s.
•    Proactively lead the product development processes, secure process compliance and continuous process improvement.
•    Capture and document project lessons learned and utilize these learnings in new projects.
•    Administration of the range in the internal product information system and of the projects in the project management tool.
•    Administration of agreements and assignment orders
•    Support in project and portfolio management connected to Range Innovation Council portfolio.
