Project Controller to Power Transformers

You will be part of Power Transfomers in Ludvika. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika.
As Controller you will work at our Controller department with main responsibilities within reporting, project controlling, department controlling, budgeting, follow up agreed targets and suggest improvement areas within your responsibility. You will monitor line activities, progress achieved, estimate results and support operational decision making. In this position you have great opportunities to create a broad network internally as well as externally. 
Your responsibilities
Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
Ensuring compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines, including assurance and appropriate and accurate representation of projects in project reviews.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Being to advise management on action plans, financial performance, production performance and operational issues to resolve.
You have an ability to drive appropriate cost initiatives, productivity optimization and capital efficiency incentives.
Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and take action to improve Net Working Capital.
You will have a broad experience and understanding of operations, which will be of importance in your career.
You will be a key partner to the LPG Controller and line managers corresponding to your responsibility.

Your background
You hold a degree in Economics or Business Administration.
3-5 years’ experience from a financial and controlling department.
You should have financial accounting and reporting knowledge as well as risk analysis skills with focusing on Business Controlling.
Strong skills in MS Office Excel and a fast comprehension of various IS/IT applications is also a requirement.
Experience from construction type project or experience from controlling in an international environment including export sales and project execution.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
You are disciplined, structured, result-oriented and highly committed to achieving agreed targets.
You communicate well and have good collaboration skills.
