Project Controllers - three BA´s

Right now we are looking for Project Controllers to join us at BA Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Appliances, BA Bedroom & BA Living room.

We are three different Business Areas (BA) who is looking for competent Project Controllers.

As Project Controller you lead project progression within the IKEA product development process to ensure that the team delivers to project ambitions and the time plan throughout the project. You lead project planning, tracking and follow‐up and secure that the team delivers to the project brief and in compliance with the product development process. You will be part of one of our project teams working with a specific part of our global product range. 
You will be hired and signed to one specific BA.

All positions are placed in Älmhult, Sweden.

Your main responsibilities as Project Controller are:

•    Project management including project planning, tracking and follow up, according to project goal, time plan and KPI’s.
•    Proactively lead the development process, secure process compliance and continues process improvement.
•    Administration of the range in the internal product information system.
•    Project administration within project management tool.
•    Capture and document project learnings and secure utilization in future projects.
