Job Description:

As the Project Controlling and Tender Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial and commercial success of multiple medium-sized projects. Your responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of project controlling professionals, providing financial analyses, managing cash flow, and supporting the Tender Manager in the tender stage. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Additionally, you will establish and oversee processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data. Your responsibilities include:

* Lead and mentor a team of project controlling professionals.
* Act as a business partner, providing financial insights and supporting the project organization.
* Drive the business planning and forecasting process in collaboration with the Business Controller.
* Monitor progress, provide financial analysis, and advise on mitigation actions to enhance operational performance.
* Manage and monitor cash flow, taking proactive measures to improve OCF.
* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate best practice sharing.
* Ensure timely and efficient communication within the finance team.
* Oversee processes and tools necessary for obtaining transparent financial data.



Competence Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
* Over 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in finance positions.
* Experience in project controlling, preferably in a global company.
* Analytical skills and a strong understanding of project management principles.
* Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel preferred.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken); Swedish is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Process orientation, proactive approach, and problem-solving attitude.
* Leadership experience for 5 people or more.
