Project Controls Engineer

S(he) is responsible for setting a systematic control, monitor, report the environmental factors of the contractual activities of company . Ensures, monitors and reports the conformity of local laws and regulations for the building operations. Supports the business activities of the company to comply the contractual requirements and technical optimizations.
• Conduct inspection, investigation and reporting as well as make recommendation and oversee the implementation of changes concerning Environmental practices and procedures on the construction projects.
• Develop the regulatory plans,requirements and procedures on Environment for the construction projects.
• Develop, review and implement company internal procedures for the construction projects.
• Follow all relevant local regulations in respect to Environmental law, inform the project managements about the mandatory changes and introduce them in a proper legislative way.
• Establish and supervise projects’ Environmental departments, introduce the company internal procedures to them.
• Participate the inspections carried out by external Environmental authorities and institutions.
Plan and Conduct Environment internal Audit and develop post Audit report for the senior management.
• Promoting Environmental culture and initiatives.
• Maintain a close relationship with Regional and Global Environmental authorities.
• Cooperation and efficient communication with project management team to recommend best environmental practices.
• Organizing regulatory training sessions to the employees and project management.
• Conducting post-environmental accident documentation, including records of accident
• Support the Business Development and Tender department to fulfill the requirements of bid processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, management and cooperate with other
• team members within her/his area of expertise, when required.
