Project Controls Manager

In your position as Project Controls Manager, you will belong to the project core team, reporting to the project director. You will be responsible to lead planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for HVDC projects in all phases. You will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost and risk, monitor, report and manage deviations, be responsible for change management, reporting and project KPI’s. You will be working in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-national environment.

Degree in Engineering or Cost Engineering, or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ experience dealing with medium to large size projects.
You are a team player with good communication skills and have ability to collaborate and cooperate in a project team of diverse disciplines. You should be fluent in verbal and written communication in English language. Proficiency in Swedish language will be an advantage. You are systematic, structured, dynamic, result-oriented, stress tolerant and have ability to multitask. You possess a good level of skills in usage of MS Office tools, planning tool (Primavera or MS Project) and SAP.

You will be part of HVDC within the Power Grids division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.
