Arbetsbeskrivning
S(he) is responsible for managing and overseeing construction project to make sure the team makes progress and meets goals. S(he) is in charge of project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring and quality review and reporting to the project management.
• To assist his/her superior with knowledge and experience in fulfilling requirements (Head Office, Sites) of the Company in line with the purchasing process.
• To support for studies in assessment process of the suppliers,
• To contribute for the preparing the purchasing contracts together with relevant departments and Supplier Companies.
• To assist his/her superior in the purchasing of all raw materials, semi-finished products, equipment and services purchased to the organization in accordance with all requirements.
• To check the conformity of the procured services and materials to quality standards.
• To make relevant price researches in line with the requests from the departments and her / his supervisor.
• To carry out his/her task in accordance with the quality occupational health, safety and environmental management systems policy, objectives and procedures.
• Continuing his/her works in line with the directives given by his/her supervisor.
