We are now looking for an experienced Project Controls Office Manager to help build a stronger Project Planning and Controls Department. Your responsibilities
Provide global oversight for Project Planning and Controls activities across the HVDC Projects portfolio. This includes liaising with the Project and Department leads, identify and remedy gaps.
Audit, Identify Actions, Develop and Deploy a standardized, automated and integrated Project Control system. Adapt existing procedures or develop new procedures as required. Coach the Project Control teams. Audit and ensure quality of Project Planning and Controls activity.
Ensure that the Resource Management process reaches maturity. Support the deployment of REIWA resource management module within HITACHI ENERGY – HVDC. Audit and ensure efficient management of resources.
Ensure the Project Planning and Controls system integrates, and delivers benefits, within all areas of HITACHI ENERGY - HVDC.
Ensure that the Risk Management Process is fully integrated and operational, from Tenders to Projects, carry out audits and follow-up on remedy actions.
Ensure that the Change Management Process is effectively implemented within the organization, in compliance with Ochibo Hiroi methodology deployed within HITACHI ENERGY – HVDC.
Develop Project Planning and Controls efficiency KPIs. Drive improvement actions.

Your background
You have an extensive experience of Project Management in the context of Electrical Power Systems projects.
You have an excellent knowledge of Project Planning and Controls methods and tools.
You are meticulous, data driven, enthusiastic and self-starting.
You have genuine technical interest and are always open to develop your skills within other fields.
As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required. Understanding of Swedish language is a merit.
