We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will work with contracts, purchasing support and other administrative tasks.

 

YOUR WORKING DUTIES

In the role of Project Coordinator, you will have varying tasks where you are allowed to plan and manage your work freely. You will manage contracts with subcontractors, prepare contract proposals and be responsible for parts of purchases. You will work with logistics management, import/export control of satellites and rockets and together with the SSC logistics function you will work to ensure that we have routines and processes that ensure that our goods move from point a to b within specified time frames.

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for you who at least have a social science upper secondary education and probably read some course in law, contract law and / or finance or equivalent knowledge and experience. You thrive in roles where you have to take great responsibility and drive your work forward yourself. You like to be involved and come up with your ideas and thoughts to drive development.


Your workplace will be Esrange / Kiruna.
