Coordination and support of our Project Execution & Engineering departments

Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables, playing a significant role in the green transformation.
Key facilitator and coordinator
The Project Execution department are responsible for achieving our delivery project goals with regard to HSE, quality, scope, time and costs. Our responsibility starts with the handover from sales and ends with the final takeover from the customer. The aim of the Engineering department is to support and deliver the best service with regard to technical aspects in the offer and execution phase of our submarine cable projects. These two teams working closely together to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery from start to end.
Now we are looking for a coordinator which will have a split role between the departments, reporting to Head of Project Execution. In this role you will support and coordinate activities, communication and administration across the teams. You will handle administrative tasks such as organising project reviews, actions lists, minutes of meeting etc.
As a Coordinator you will ensure that we a clear communication related to the departments and full alignment of department managers activities and calendars. Furthermore you will act as the main point of contact by client visits orchestrating e.g. events, travel and accommodation.
Besides the above your primary tasks will be:
To support the Project Execution and Engineering departments with all related administrative tasks, e.g. administration of project reviews and scheduling of meetings
To coordinate departments managers activities and support with preparation of documentation and/or presentations including Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
Departments support including invoice handling, purchasing orders, SAP, preparing document for signing/approval, distribution and archiving
Pro-active preparation of internal and external meetings, customer communication, preparing conference rooms, catering, transportation, agenda, factory visits, presentations etc.
Structured, extrovert doer with top notch communication skills
To be successful in this role you are highly structured, meticulous and thorough and have the ability to handle a number of activities simultaneously making your own priorities. You take great accountability for your work and have a high sense of integrity and loyalty.
Your excellent communication skills – in both verbal and written – comes into its own in your daily several and various contacts with many different people. You thrive in a role were you have the overview as well as an eye on the small important details - being involved in many different areas.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
Administrative high school with some years of experience from a similar role
High knowledge in MS Office Applications, setting up video meetings, SharePoint etc.
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
