WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the Program management (Program manager and Chief Engineer) to lead, develop, and execute the project management strategy for complex vehicle program, from initial design to manufacturing launch.
Develop and visualize plans, plan and prepare for project meetings and follow ups, track progress, handle deviations, summarize project status and mitigation actions.
Support coordinatization and collaboration of the technical development across the organization from design & engineering to supply chain & planning, from manufacturing & delivery to marketing & sales to through open communication and data-driven decisions.
Support in establishing a clear ownership
Support in preparing executive decision-making discussions with transparency on challenges solutions & choices with quantified risks
 WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 
Technical master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in project work
Good planning skills
Good communications skills - verbal, written and presentations
Good knowledge in using IT tools for project management
Good sense of responsibility and drive
Structured way of working with a flexible mindset in a dynamic environment
Team player who understands when do self-attitude is the most efficient approach
