Project Coordinator

In this role, you will find yourself at the very centre of innovation by supporting two R&D Developer teams that are providing access solutions for the marine industry. As a Project Coordinator, it will be your mission to help establish, maintain and follow-up on the various project activities and control checklists for gateway passing.

It means that on a day-to-day basis, you will be the key player who participates in the team meetings and monitors our project management systems to make sure that we are structured, organized and moving in the right direction.

In this role, you would also:
Make sure that applicable checklist materials are ready before the gateway passing.
Actively seek out information and interact with the team to make sure the tasks are completed in time.

You will be located at the Landskrona office in Sweden and report directly to the R&D Manager for Product Development.

The skills and experiences you need:
We are looking for someone with great social skills that gets a kick out of structuring and motivating others to perform at their very best. You are a strong communicator with a passion and curiosity for technology. You can be at an early stage of your career or a senior professional as long as you have the following experiences:
Experience and/or knowledge of Jira (Considered meritorious)
Some technical knowledge about software related products as well as embedded systems
Experience with an agile way of working.


Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
