Job Description

The B2B Europe team offers both onsite and online courses, and designs learning experiences for clients’ specific needs - aiming to be a long term partner to drive transformation over time. Before a course or delivery, you book the venue, order food, make sure all practicalities are taken care of. During the experience, you are part of greeting the participants and support by making sure everything runs smoothly - open and flexible to take action and adapt to the changing needs of the group and the facilitators. After a delivery you keep track of invoices and track costs, as well as support in the follow up and feedback from participants.
Examples of responsibilities for a Project Coordinator
- Organise and manage projects to ensure that the key milestones regarding cost, time, quality and client satisfaction can be met
- Set deadlines, monitor progress and periodically summarise and communicate project status to the delivery team
- With the help of the Operations Team Lead, ensure that the team delivers within budget and support the team with any ad hoc requirements or issues arising during the project
- Handle logistical planning with clients including materials, venue and administration
This is the Experience & Competence we are looking for
- Native / bilingual proficiency in Swedish
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
- Preferably 1+ years of experience administrative support
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Interest in and ability to work with different tech platforms suitable for client deliveries
- Attention to detail
- Nothing is impossible attitude
Terms
You will report to the Operations Team Lead.
Start as soon as possible.
Location: Stockholm
