About the role
As a Project Coordinator / CEO support, you will work closely and support the CEO Johan. A great part of your work will be to structure and make the administrative work more effective regarding project follow-up on budget, and therefore also administrate time reporting. You will also contribute with way of working in other areas, receipt accounting, and many other tasks.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who enjoy working on projects and have experience of being a coordinator in projects. It’s an advantage if you have worked with follow up on budgets etc. You should thrive in an environment that requires flexibility, enjoy working in a structured way and have good experience of working in Excel. Furthermore, we see that you are accurate in your work, are ambitious and driven and have good communication skills in English and Swedish.
