About the job:

This is a consultancy position with good possibilities of leading to a permanent position. In the position you will be hired by Bravura initially but TietoEVRY have the intention of hiring you in the future. This gives both you and TietoEVRY the possibility to get to know each other and evaluate your cooperation.

Tasks and responsibilities:

TietoEVRY is coordinating work around the Schrems II decision. There is a need for a key project resource to coordinate work around contracting. This includes the project management of a large program workstream where administrative coordination of updating contracts, internal and customer communication are key. The project resource shall also support the monitoring of the contract updates to ensure overall program goals are met.

We are looking for a project resource with excellent coordination skills and good experience with contract management. A big plus would be to have general privacy knowledge and knowledge of Power BI. The resources will collaborate with central functions in the organization such as Privacy, Legal and Sales and will receive relevant necessary training.

Project type and size: leading small projects or sub-projects.

The role will revolve around the following activities:

• Coordinate investigation of offshore contract needs (SCC) in Country
• Update existing offshore contracts (SCC`s)
• Coordinate customer communication on Schrems questions

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Previous experience of project coordinating
• Previous experince of contract management
• Merit with experience of Power BI
• Merit with experience pf GDPR
