About the assignment:

Description
In this role, you will play an essential role in one of the client's most significant IT initiatives. Your tasks will be strongly connected to data management and task coordination. You will report to the Program Management office.
Work tasks:
- Own documentation in the RFS process for End User Services.
- Facilitate communication between Stakeholders in the process.
- Coordinate internal information gathering for End-User Services. Globally.
- Structure data in an easy-to-read and access manner.
- Coordinate for multiple projects within the Program. Report status for tasks.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Data management, handling a big amount of data from different sources.
- Excel and PowerBI, manage digital data efficiently, build source files, reports etc. Be helpful in other PowerBI tasks.
- End-User Services, have a general insight of end-user services and device management through Intune. Worked with similar deliveries before.
- Project Coordination and communication, be comfortable with a lot of communication points and stakeholders. Stuctured and time consious. Be able to hold deadlines and drive results.
- Swedish, English in both talking and writing
Preferred competence and experience:
- If possible, drive seperate Projects as PM within the Program over time.
- Technical knowledge in End User Services, modern management (on high level).
