Project Coordinator - European Markets Services Strategy Team


Nasdaq is now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Strategy Team within European Markets. This is a full time position located in Stockholm. European Markets manage all Nasdaqs exchanges, trading venues and post trade services within Europe.


As a Project Coordinator you will support the Head of European Markets business in collecting information and data, provide information and build presentation material and work in the European Markets strategy team where you will be involved in European Markets M&A initiatives, strategy process and other strategic projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders through the different projects and work with the European Markets Management team. You will get the opportunity to learn about, and work with, all our business units.


Your role and responsibilities


Work with and support the EVP & Head of European Markets with a broad range of assigned tasks.


Assists with the planning and administration of projects from initiation through to completion to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.


Assists with the coordination of resources to ensure effective project execution.


Monitors the project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes as project progresses.


Is a key point of customer contact and delivers superior customer service.


What we expect you to have


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related/relevant discipline


1-3 years of relevant working experience


Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services


Work across the organization with different stakeholders


Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills


Structured and thorough


As a person, you have the ability to lead and motivate others in their work and push the projects from beginning to end with high focus on quality assurance.
