We are now looking for a Build Update Project Coordinator for our client within the automotive industry of commercial Vehicles.
As a Build Upate Project Coordinator you will be working on the client site and your main responsibility is to represent the chassis department, when it comes to product change builds, rig updates and rebuilds. You will be the department representative in different meetings and drive various project forward. The tasks will be to investigate how build updates is affecting chassis department in different product updates, and then to secure specification updates in the PROTOM system and secure material through material request order, which is the carrier for material of test objects. You will also coordinate and order parts for the chassis department, when needed for builds, field tests projects etc. You will be the link between various departments and stakeholders.
Experience required:
You have worked with heady duty commercial vehicles and especially chassie for numerous years.
You are used to working undet high pressure and keeping track of a lot of details.
Some years of experience from leading projects or coordinating roles
A plus if you have experience from ordering material.
Used to working in a global environment
Skills required:
Fluent in English & Swedish
Skilled in systems such as; PROTOM, KOLA, GLORIA
Project management/Coordination
You have excellent communication and organizational skills
You are attentive to details, and have a structured way of working
You are flexible and easily can create a network.
