THE GLOBAL ENGINEER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
The Electrolux Global Engineer Program (GEP) is a proactive initiative that brings together young engineering talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.


ABOUT THE ROLE
The intern will be working in Global Operations PMO team, which creates and facilitates work around Initiatives, Programs and Processes across the Group. The team is managed by the Head of the Global Quality and PMO reporting to Chief Operations Officer. The team consists of 2 people, supported by external consultants covering different parts of the Initiatives, Programs and Processes as well as managing additional projects.
The PMO team focuses on driving key Initiatives for the Group aiming to leverage the global scale and driving the required funding to further drive the transformation and acceleration on our Consumer experience and Sustainability focus.


A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
To contribute to the team goals, you will:
Assist in planning, leading practical preparations and follow up of key PMO meetings and events
Keep executive summary materials updated
Support senior project leaders in Global PMO or in specific projects
Prepare and deploy PMO communications to key stakeholders every month, and for specific



The intern will support team members in the work related to Projects and Programs and additional upcoming projects. Main priorities include:


Assist in planning, leading practical preparations and follow up of key PMO meetings and events

Support senior project leaders in Global PMO or in specific projects
Prepare and deploy PMO communications to key stakeholders every month, and for specific events

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
You are a graduating student or recent graduate of Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication & Journalism.



Skills required
Experience from projects and from a project management office, following up several projects
Wizard in PowerPoint, digital workspace and related tools
STEM university degree – both for understanding the projects but also for potential next steps towards project leader role.
Growth mindset, eager to learn, international perspective
