At Stena Line’s People and Communication department we have an excellent and exciting opportunity to get a good insight into an international organization where you will get to work with a variety of different tasks in a complex environment. The position as Project Coordinator is a dynamic role which will report to the People Project Lead.
What will you do?
Not all our employees work at sea believe it or not. So you will be a shore-based resource within the project team, securing the configuration and implementation of Quinyx as a scheduling and time and attendance system within Stena Line Group.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Analysing Collective Bargaining Agreements and translate them into system requirements
• Configure Quinyx to match the system requirements
• Cooperate with Quinyx system experts to solve complex system configuration needs
• Test the system, its integrations and data import and exports
• Create manuals and create and conduct training for the operation
• Take part in improvement initiatives
• Support the project with other administrators

The must-haves:
• Relevant education
• Ability to understand organisational needs and translate into system solutions
• Skilled in setting up and using digital solutions
• Genuine interest in supporting and training colleges
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Experiences from working with scheduling and/or time and attendance systems
• Knowledge of employment law and ability to interpret collective agreements
• Knowledge in data transfer and understanding of data import and integrations

This is a project contract commencing 1 December 2020 until the end of 2021. The position is based in Göteborg within our People and Communication Department, but will require extensive travel to other ports within northern Europe.
