Our HQ is in Norrkoping and we have local offices in Stockholm and four other countries around the world. During the last two years iDeal Of Sweden has been growing stronger and stronger and we are now aiming to further establish our brand internationally.

We are looking for a talented project coordinator who wants to join our Stockholm office and grow together with us. You will be part of the Supply Chain project team and help us implement both small and large scale projects, such as sourcing new 3PL services or implementing new logistics processes and IT systems. Areas of responsibility

• Support Project Manager in ongoing projects
• Support internal teams with relevant information of ongoing projects
• Support Supply Chain in continuous improvement initiatives

Working Tasks

• Data collection from different data sources
• Data analysis in Excel
• Project administration in Asana
• Operational process mappings

Your profile

• Quick learner, structured and attentive to details
• Skilled in Excel
• Familiar with data analysis and producing analytical output
• Thrives in fast paced environments
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Communicative and comfortable with lots of touch points

Your background:

• 2-5 years of experience from a similar role within Fashion and Lifestyle
• Higher education within Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
