THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

In your role as Project Coordinator, you will be part of, and support, several development teams in completing their assigned tasks on time and within budget and scope. Your work with administrative tasks will enable projects running smoothly and achieving their goals. As you will be part of several projects in parallel your project tasks will vary and range from providing detailed updates to project leads, project managers or other stakeholders, to managing deadlines and workflow and scheduling meetings and appointments. In some projects you may move into a project manager position, while in others your task will be more to help provide structure and keep track of priorities, timelines, budgets etc. An important part of your role will also be to maintain, develop and deepen customer relations.

In parallel you will work with coordination of projects involving ongoing maintenance, updates, and new development of our business simulation products. This work is done in close cooperation with a development team, our global sales team and our global partner network.

You will work as a part of the Operations team at our HQ in central Malmö, Sweden, and report to the VP of Operations.

WHO ARE YOU?

To be the driven and communicative Project Coordinator that we seek, we believe that you have relevant educational background and that you have worked in a similar role before. You may be at the beginning of your career as a Project Coordinator and want to continue to develop. In the longer run there will be great opportunity for the right candidate to develop towards more responsibility as a project manager. It is an advantage if you have worked for a digital agency, gaming company or similar development or consultancy organization where you have worked within creative, agile teams delivering projects hands-on.

As a person you are highly organized with an eye for detail and the ability to structure complex processes. You are a team player who thrive on motivating and collaborating with others towards a common goal. You know how to structure and follow up on your own and others´ work to achieve set goals. At the same time, you are flexible and can adapt fast to changed needs and priorities.

Your English is fluent, both orally and in writing. Communication skills in Swedish is an advantage (but not a requirement) as are additional language skills. As we work extensively in a digital, collaborative environment we expect you to be comfortable and a driver in that continuous development. You are expected to bring new ideas and ways of working and be willing to learn fast when it comes to new digital tools.
