OM TJÄNSTEN
Over a few years, Olink has evolved from a small company offering analysis of a few hundred proteins to a NASDAQ-listed organization with a robust global presence. They now conduct analyses covering over 5000 proteins. Their products are utilized in medical areas such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and neurological disorders. In a span of five years, the company has analyzed over a million samples, generating nearly 90 million data points for hundreds of customers, including research institutions and pharmaceutical companies. Olink also enables researchers to bring their platform into Olink's labs and provides the requisite training to ensure success. In addition, they continue to offer services through their labs in Uppsala and Boston. In the role as a project coordinator, you will belong to the sales department that acts as the link between Olink's Analysis Service lab (AS), the Business Development Manager (BDM), and the customer. This is to maintain a clear communication line ensuring that individual studies are completed on time. You are welcomed into a group with colleagues from different nationalities with an open, driven and helpful atmosphere.

Your role at Olink is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Olink. The assignment will be full-time and is expected to last at least four months ahead. There might be a chance for extension and/or over-recruitment, provided there is space for it, and all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Work tasks


* Coordinate projects from “Quote Accepted” to “Experiment Started”
* Maintain effective integrated project execution strategies and plans
* Update the customer and BDM in a timely manner and in clear terms if there are changes in expected timelines, cost, or deliverables
* Manage and review paperwork related to the studies
* Manage and review the logistics of studies
* Update SalesForce, internal Kanban, LIMS and any additional interfaces according to criteria and timeline
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction through superior service
* Participate in regular business reviews, all hands, or planning meetings as needed


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Bachelor's degree or similar within the Life Sciences field
- Experience in a coordinating role within the life science industry
- Experience in laboratory work
- Background in service-related roles
- Good understanding of LIMS

It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience working in Salesforce

As a person, you are driven, solution-focused and flexible. You enjoy social contacts and you have good communication skills. You should enjoy taking your own initiative and are not afraid to try new things. Since you will be working in a team, it is important that you also possess good cooperation skills. Finally, you have a logical approach and have an analytical perspective on problems.
