Project Coordinator to UIP

Your role

As Project Coordinator you will be organizing all film releases and quality assurance of the Distribution team deliveries and handling, and coordinating all feature print and trailer ordering, translations, subtitling and dubbing. You report to the Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with the whole Swedish organisation and suppliers and print departments at Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures in London and USA.

Project coordinator of all films
Developing and running project tools for every film
Organizing the weekly office production meeting
Keep project dialog with similar position in Scandinavian UIP offices
Coordinating translation, subtitling, and dubbing of films and trailers, including on screen text
Print and trailer ordering
Censorship administration
Coordination translation services, including quotes collections and control
Coordinating dubbing studios, including quotes collections and control
Coordinating contact with external promotion partners and suppliers
Coordinating events such as premieres and previews


Who you are

To succeed in the role, you need to be organized with an eye for details and a good communicator who is constantly striving to keep the total overview and know all deadlines. You are a driven, dedicated, and a team champion who is flexible enough to adapt to changing plans. Last, but not least, you have an interest in film and understand the world of entertainment and culture.

Your qualifications

You have a relevant degree or diploma.
You have experience from a similar role.
You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of an enthusiastic team, working on significant film releases in cinemas in Sweden. We are 11 people in the office at Södermalm, working on Marketing, Sales and Finance, and just like you, we just love film!
