THE INTERNSHIP

As a partner in Diversity Challenge, Vattenfall offers an internship to a newly graduated academic with multicultural experience. The internship is available for graduates with an academic degree in Business, Technology and/or IT-systems and with a genuine interest in business development and how IT is used as a tool for business processes.
You will be working at our diverse IS/IT department with Project portfolio management coordination and/or support for the project manager in an ongoing IT-project. This department is responsible for IS/IT distribution including daily operations of applications and systems, and business developments with IT as a tool.
Your tasks will include to
- Administrate a project portfolio containing a big number of projects. Monitoring of these projects is made on monthly bases
- Participate as a project member in an ongoing business development project with a tailored role based on your knowledge and experience level

The internship is a fulltime paid placement for 6-9 months starting April 2014 alternatively September 2014.

YOUR PROFILE

You are most likely a graduate in the field of Technology, IT-systems and/or Economics with experience and knowledge within IT business development and IT project structures.
Additionally, we would like to see that you

- Have high level of computer skills acquired from studies and/or personal interest
- Are proficient in written and oral English. Swedish is a merit

As a person you are well structured and performance oriented, you take independent initiative and hold strong social competence. You will acquire a lot of internal and external contact with stakeholders hence, the role requires you to be service minded as well as flexible.
