The position
Cambio has traditionally been delivering software products, but we are now on an exciting journey building an organization with a focus on delivering Software-as-a-Service(managed services) for our customers. As a Project Coordinator you will help Cambioevolve as a service provider.
In this role you will be joining Cambio's Customer Service Delivery team, playing a vital role in helping to manage processes and information throughout the product and service lifecycle. Working together with various teams you will help to gather, organize, and track information related to projects as well as new product and service releases.
The Customer Services team acts as a customer advocate within Cambio, and as a Service Delivery Coordinator you will help to provide confidence to the customer, and within Cambio, that we are able to deliver, manage, and maintain high service and product quality.

About you
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a good communicator who is comfortable asking questions and making suggestions when you see possibilities for improvement. You have a structured way of working when coordinating and planning activities, as well as monitoring timelines to ensure project dependencies are met. Furthermore, you are comfortable working in a project team with several stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as on individual tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years’ work experience with service management or related field
- Experience working within projects and initiating communication across teams
- Good understanding of SaaS
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to communicate fluently in English and intermediate proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken
It's a bonus if you
- Have experience working with ITIL
- Have worked in the healthcare sector
- Fluency in Swedish, written and verbal
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
