As Project Documentation Manager you will be considered as a project manager for the project’s documentation delivery in HVDC Service projects. You are expected to ensure compliance to requirements and processes, while also monitoring and controlling the progress of documentation deliverables in the project. You will also be responsible for documentation management in tenders and to support the Service organization on a general level on documentation management
Your responsibilities
Establishing processes for documentation management in projects/tenders based on the HVDC base processes. Adapt processes to fit contract requirements if needed.
Ensure that project team members are provided with adequate project specific document management training and support to enable them to work according to established processes and efficient work in the document management system.
Reading customer contracts and specifications, managing the document management related requirements and writing reference documents, and calculating risks
Process incoming and outgoing project documentation and monitor documentation progress e.g. review and approvals, planned deliverables in accordance with agreed project time-schedule etc.
Linking documents to structure for installation and final plant. Prepare and submit installation documentation to site. Prepare and submit final plant documentation to end customer.
Communicating with project team, suppliers/3rd parties to agree on standards, requirements, systems, channels of communication, efficient flow of documentation, translation, printing etc.
Monitoring and quality assurance of metadata and processes
Being actively involved in process improvements of our global project documentation processes

Your background
Proficient computer skills and experience from any document management system are advantageous.
Work experience as Lead Document Control, Project Manager, or similar, from previous positions is meritorious.
Fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike, as you will be working as part of a global business. Swedish is a merit.
You take responsibility of your own work and actions and feel comfortable working with several tasks in parallel
You are service minded by heart and understand the importance of keeping the process flowing
Responsive and customer-oriented and have the ability to see opportunities in your work. As You are an engaged person who can speak up for your issues and you manage the work in a forward direction
Structured, accurate and have a driving personality
