The Rosemount TankRadarABdivision of Emerson Process Management is a leading provider of radar-based level and tank gauging solutions for the marine, oil & gas and process industry markets.[ Founded in 1976, the company has a turnover of over 1 billion kr and employs over 400 people worldwide.[ To support rapid growth and expansion into new areas, we are adding a number of new positions in R&D, purchasing, service and other areas.[ The company is owned by Emerson (NYSE:EMR), an American company with over 128,000 employees and $US 20 billion in sales.[ As a project engineer at business unit Marine you will be responsible for a great number of level gauging system deliveries.Your responsibility includes everything from orders to installation of the systems.Customer information about system installations and manufacturing information to the product department will be a part of your daily work.You will have external contacts with customers, owners and class societies as well as internal contacts with various departments (for example the sales, production, purchasing and R&D departments).As a project engineer your main tasks will be to: * provide external and internal support regarding technical issues * order items from sub-suppliers * care for a professional relationship with sub-suppliers * organize system documentation for every order * arrange and attend technical meetings with owners * plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests when required * continuously improve project work processes.In order to accept this challenge you must be a creative and an independent individual.You can easily handle multiple tasks and you like to work in a team.You have a B.Sc degree within the technical field (or equivalent) and a wide technical knowledge.We appreciate if you have previous experience from technical project work.We are looking for a person who can handle several projects simultaneously and in a structured way.All external communication is in English which you fluently master both verbal and written.You have a driver's license class B.Please apply by using the apply button or the link below, no later than May 15th.
