The company has been enjoying good growth for several years and faces a positive, exciting, and challenging future. Therefore, we now need to strengthen our Engineering organisation in Landskrona with a Project Engineer.
About the position
In the role as a Project Engineer, you will be part of a small team characterized by a high level of ambition, drive to develop, solidarity and team spirit. You will be part of the Customer Service Engineering group, reporting to the Engineering Manager Fredrik Blennow, located onsite in Landskrona.
You will be part of a team where you are encouraged to independently drive solutions. Here you enjoy the freedom to manage your work independently, whilst you at the same time have regular communication with your manager, your immediate team and across the company-group.
As a Project Engineer, you work in an international environment with many contact points, internally with other departments and with sister companies, as well as externally with both customers and subcontractors. The role requires a broad technical understanding, with the ability to delve into and understand technical systems.
As a Project Engineer, you take part in maintenance and upgrading projects, from quote to warranty. You work together with the responsible salesperson and are responsible for fulfilling the technical requirements specification and contribute to creating attractive offers. In the project phase, you are technically responsible throughout the project and answer technical questions.
In the warranty phase, you lead technical investigations and perform technical assessments.
Responsibilities
Main duties:
• Perform condition assessments and evaluations
• Write technical documentation
• Act as a technical interface between the customer, Faiveley Transport Nordic AB and sister companies
• Provide support to production and field service

Your qualifications and experience:
• Engineering degree or equivalent competences obtained through work experience.
• Broad technical knowledge within mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and software
• Solution-focused and customer-oriented
• Very good communication skills
• English at a professional level, oral and written
Meritorious:
• Experience from railways
• Experience with medium and high voltage systems
