As a Project Engineering Leader (PEL) you will be a part of Autoliv’s Application Engineering department and belong to a group that contains PELs, Designers (DE) and Project Engineers (PE) where we together continuously develop our way of working.


Assignments and Responsibilities


You will be responsible to globally lead and develop new products within the area. You will mainly lead the technical part of one or more customer projects. You will have the ability to delegate tasks to DE and PE and be responsible for the Engineering part against the Project Manager and Customer. You will work in close collaboration with several internal and external partners to make sure to meet the Project targets.


Qualifications


· At least Bachelor’s degree within Engineering field or other equivalent background
· Good knowledge within Product Development
· At least 5 years’ experience of Product Development
· Basic knowledge of business economics
· Interest in working with product development
