As a valued member of the Project Engineering Management team, you will play a vital role in completing projects and improving our company's focus on the technology related to gas turbines and heat pumps. This involves building strong networks, refining work processes, methodologies and routines to ensure we efficiently complete and manage projects today and in the future.

Our work environment is fast-paced and customer focused, with a strong emphasis on technology and project execution. Your primary responsibility will be to actively participate in the technical project implementation within the project delivery organization for Gas Turbines and Heat Pumps. This involves close collaboration with customers, customer partners, engineering, project management, and other departments within the organization. Additionally, you will help facilitate the technical interface across our Sales, R&D and Service organizations.

As a member of the customer order engineering team, you will be part of a group dedicated to delivering the best possible results to our customers through effective project execution. Together, we work to implement the strategies that craft our future while maintaining a keen focus on successful project completion.

* Effectively plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate and communicate with project partners, including team members, clients, and upper management.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.

* Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear and concise updates to all relevant partners.

* Knowledge of MGT Gas turbines and extended scope experience is a valuable asset, improving your ability to manage technical aspects of projects.

About Our Team

 

Join our Project Engineering Management team, where our skilled professionals work collaboratively on gas turbine, heat pump balance of plant and power plant engineering projects. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to serve as a Project Lead Engineer (PLE) and/or Project Engineering Manager (PEM) in a variety of projects.

Collaborating closely with other PLE teams within the organization, we collectively share the responsibility of nominating and appointing PLEs and PEMs to various order projects across applications and markets. Our primary focus, however, lies in the challenging domain related to Balance of Plant/Extended Scope i.e the supporting components and systems that are vital for the proper operation of a facility's main equipment

 

 

 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
