We are looking for a Project Financial Analyst for our Stockholm facility Your Role Pro-actively support the Project Controllers in the commercial and financial control of their projects. To enable them to concentrate on influencing revenues & costs and supporting the Project Managers in steering their project. As a Project Financial Analyst you will assist in drafting project plans, analyze project financials, handle reporting and draft variation calculations. This opening is a replacement for a colleague on maternity leave, from November 2010 until March 2011. Your Challenges - Invoicing, dunning, cash and FX planning: Checking of payments, tax terms. Creation of payment plans for new projects. Reporting and forecasting. - Bond administration - Structure project financials: Create, transfer and aligning project structures in ERP system. - Book EAC's: Monthly cost reviews, adjustments and summaries Your Experience and Qualifications - University degree in Business Administration with major in accounting, controlling, finance or equivalent. - Experience in accounting, performance measurement, planning, financial analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of ERP systems. - Strong user of MS Office package. - Excellent English communication skills. - Proven ability to deliver in project driven environment.
