ABOUT THE TEAM
The Customer Acquisition team in Tele2 is a commercially driven unit with one clear goal - to raise the growth trajectory of the consumer business by increasing mobile, broadband and entertainment market share and improving customer engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project & Go-to-market manager you are responsible for outlining and maintaining the master B2C commercial calendar, guiding all business units through execution and project manage key cross functional commercial projects end-to-end while always questioning old and current processes with an ambition to constantly improve them making them more efficient.
For this role we are looking for someone who can start mid Q4 2024 and be in this role until end of Q1 2026 as we aim to cover for our current Project & Go-to-market star. Opportunity to prolong and/or get another assignment will probably be available.
Responsibilities include:
· Outline the master commercial calendar and translation into operational plans in go-to-market
· Ensure smoot launch operations of commercial initiatives, consumer propositions & campaigns an all-around alignment in the go-to-market process
· Project manage cross-functional launches and operational projects, including developing detailed execution plans
· Tracking launch progress – set-up measurement milestones, metrics and key performance indicators for launch initiatives and activities
· Follow-up operational effectiveness of launches, campaigns and activities to improve
· Review, re-build and strengthen clear and robust processes for go-to-market and go-to-agent related queries making sure all stakeholders are involved leaving no stone unturned

We also believe that you have:
· Experience in project management and process mapping, development & implementation
· Experience in the field of business and commercial development
· Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
· Knowledge of go-to-market / go-to-agent process
· An interest in tech and telecom is meriting
